Joe FloresIf I could leave NO STARS I would! Avoid using this place to do your taxes. How in the world does this place have 5 stars reviews? The reviews for this place cannot possibly be legitimate. I left my taxes on a Tuesday. I was told it will take 48-72 hours. As of the Friday of the same week, no one has called me. I called the number on their business card that Friday morning at 10 AM and someone working from home told me she'll leave them a message. Huh? I received no call on Friday so I went to their storefront around 3:30pm and RAJ DIDN'T EVEN START MY TAXES!!!! He tried to do them in a hurry and tell me I might owe. Impossible, when there were no changes in my filing status from the previous years and I ALWAYS get a refund! Needless to say I took my taxes and left. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!
