Xandra LoBooked an appt and had to wait over 40 mins. I get it, it was tax season....no problem there. I let them know that the taxes I owed never automatically came out of my account a couple days after tax day. Was given the response to give it a couple days. Upon checking with my bank, they said interest can be building on my account if its not paid and the IRS website said the account info for my bank was not found or unable to retrieve payment or something to that effect. Fast forward to june i recieved a check with a refund from the NYS treasury so I checked the IRS website to find out why since I ended up paying what I owe in full through the website itself. Still have a pending e-file payment ? Soooo confused. I feel like the staff or the tax guy himself should update customers especially if there are any delays or if i should keep $ in my account. I just feel like thats the nice and curteous thing to do, but i guess not. I have no idea of what's going on still LOL. Update Sep 2025 Recieved a invoice from dept of taxes with a fee of my original dues plus a interest fee and another fee for not paying. Rediculous if you may ask, because i have all proof that I paid this on the website. In all my life this has never happened to me. Still have a pending payment for another portion that was refunded. Why cant these people reach out to let you know if something is wrong or keep tabs on there customers payments? I have to continuously reach out to see if my bank account # is correct etc ? I really don't deserve the extra stress especially 6 months after tax season. Definitely paying the extra money next year and going back to my old tax company Enas was my driving school 16 years ago, not sure if they are 1 business with Ace.
